error topic

1. create a topic with a lot of video in 

I have this error : (sorry not enouch space to put it entierly)

The field on the database is limited to 5000 characters.

But there is no verification processed by struts actually...

This should be resolved by adding an error message when the message length 
exceed 500 
characters.
