Does this feature really necessary ?
what does it happens when an user is deleted from the database ?
I think a good workaround will be to delete all messages, announces, events
etc...
created by the removed user

As we talked about this feature in march we decided to disable a user but to
let all his interactions
persisted. Because an interaction is made of messages from several members, you
can't break the flow
by deleting messages in it.
