Problem : deleted hubs still count #215

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a hub in a community, let say "My Community", having N hub in it
2. delete it
3. go to the Community section (click on the "Communautés" tab)
4. look at the number of hub indicated for "My community" 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should be N but it's N+1, the hub is deleted but still count

This is probably a non trivial issue. We will enter it in a later sprint, when 
getting used to the application.

Remove the hub in the community. Updating resolved.
