consultation page is broken #319

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a consultation
2. Go to the consultations page
3. Clic on a specific consultation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the consultation form to appear.
Nothing appears, and looking at the HTML code, it is clear that an error 
prevented the app to render the page.

This is a very big issue, since it is currently impossible to answer to a 
consultation, nor to see its results.

The problem was due to a wrong key in the code of a tag. Fix verified on 
qualification instance.
