Well, we will have to check that feature.
It works for the top level group (this is how I replaced the application logo
by the uni logo).
However, that feature is disabled for non root groups: you shouldn't see that
form.
The point is that a top level group has the right the change the appearance of
the application for its subgroups.
If each subgroup can change it's appearance, then there is no way to easily
spot in which top level group you are.

Actually a responsable can see this interface but it has no effect to use it to
change the logo.
