The fsnetWeb app does not work if a user does not belong to a group #330

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a user in the admin console without group
2. Go to the fsnetWeb application and log

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead of going to the expected first page, a page 500 error message will 
appear.

We probably need to create a default group when the application is deployed.
