Right management problem: group creator cannot administrate that group! #343

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. as a super user, create a new group, with default admin admin owner
2. create multiple new users
3. go to the manage groups page, to add the new members to that group

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is no longer possible for the super user to manage the group it just 
created????
