Javascript conflict while scrolling down #356

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a page (X) where you need to scroll down
2. Scroll down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You see the left part following while you go down, but i find that it's a bit 
too slow.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
3. start talking to someone using the chat
4. go back to the X page
5. Scroll down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As you can see when you scroll down the left part isn't following anymore.

This bug was discovered but we didn't know how to reproduce it, now we may work 
on it more efficiently ! ;)
