When the .ics calendar is imported to Google Calendar, the timings of Maghrib and Isha are off by one minute #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create .ics file with website
2. Import .ics file to Google Calendar
3. Compare the timings for Maghrib and Isha with the timings on the website 
(Google calendar will be off by one minute)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect correct timings but see incorrect times.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version on the website

I was trying to figure out what was going on and it seems that the timings are 
actually a day off. Meaning for today, the preceding day is the correct timings
