Problem with dictionary. #246

I have downloaded this dictionary and as we know we also have to download the 
other file(dictionary) inside it but when I download is complete and when I try 
to search it wouldn't appears there . Is that my phone problem or the 
dictionary? ? Please help me I really need this dictionary .
