BYG and JavaDungeons biomes won't generate in Ecotones worldgen. #6

I'll go ahead and flesh this out some. BYG biomes work, but only in the Nether and End. In the Overworld they don't appear to spawn (I tried several with the /locatebiome command and none were found).

I don't know about JavaDungeons, as I don't personally use it.
