Long-tap on any item on any tab. The top row of the app will display a toolbar with a couple of square buttons applicable in the current conext (e.g. download, delete and more on the CLOUD tab).
On the left side of the toolbar there's just a single button there, with a check sign, as if it would be used to confirm some action. Instead, it exits the current context and returns to the global context, with MEGA logo.
I find it a bit confusing and suggest to change its icon to e.g. left arrow (just like the back button in a web browser) or the < sign.
