Simplify sync process setup #2

When setting up a sync in version 2.0.5, on the SYNC tab the user opens the menu in the upper right corner and chooses between two sync scenarios (Sync local directory or Sync cloud directory).

It would be better if the user only had one option (e.g. Add sync), which would open a wizard with the following pages:

  1. page to setup the type of the sync (from mobile to cloud / from cloud to mobile / two-way sync)
  2. sync source
  3. sync target
  4. other sync specific settings
