Backup / restore MSM settings to / from cloud #21

It would be nice if MSM could backup all its settings to cloud + restore them from cloud. For example, the users who flash a new custom ROM could afterwards set up just the address of the settings backup and then download all other personal data from the cloud with a single sync.
