Add option to suspend/resume sync process #3

It would be useful to have an option to temporarily suspend a sync process for any of the setup sync folders and resume it later.

For example, a new button could be added to the sync item toolbar, which would toggle between the suspended and active state. Also, the sync item icon could indicate the actual state.

Added in version 2.1.0. All sync entries can be enabled/disabled trough sync management activity.
