New left side drawer items #34

In version 2.1.0, the left side drawer only contains two buttons - Settings and Sign Out. Please add some more items that are relevant in the top level application context. For example, MSM could display user account name and cloud storage usage information in the section with the Sign Out button. Also, this would be a good place for buttons Help, Rate us, Donate... Finally, I suggest to add a button to globally turn sync on / off.

Please also add a command to force-reload the entire cloud data tree.
