The menu in the upper right corner is mixing global options (Settings and Sign Out) with contextual items (e.g. Create Folder). I would suggest to either make the two global items available somewhere else (for example, in a global menu opened by tapping on the MEGA logo in the upper left corner) or somehow separate those two categories in the current menu (for example, some applications not only split the sections by means of a visual separator, but they even name the sections).
