grunt.verbose is an object, always evaluates to true #44

it is unable to set the reporting to not verbose mode

This and my PR (#43) are both fixing the same issue. Can we merge one or the other?

Edit: and #41 as well apparently. Either way, it seems there is a desire for this to get fixed.

put grunt option checking to mine also

I've created and published a forked version of this project at https://www.npmjs.org/package/grunt-jasmine-node-new

It now includes these changes at v0.3.2
