Converted to a Gradle project using the intellij-gradle-plugin and updating the since-build to 173 (platform version 2017.3) to prevent installing on older versions (issue #4)
Also included an initial .travis.yml for publishing to the plugin repository. Set the IJ_REPO_USERNAME and IJ_REPO_PASSWORD environment variables in travis
