Well spotted, thank you for pointing this out. Do you have any recommendations how this should be resolved? I can think of either i) removing GPL-licensed libraries (this seems to be used for the documentation part here?) or ii) licensing JAS-mine libraries under GPL as well, but that puts limits on how and where it can be used, if I understand correctly?
The README says:
At the same time, at least one file contains the following disclaimer: https://github.com/jasmineRepo/JAS-mine-core/blob/fa07b21137cbdd71af841354d2bdf0aa83bd9b3c/microsim-core/doc/script.js#L1-L24 meaning the whole project and everything that's been built upon it has to be licensed under GPLv2.
