Changed multirun output folder to have unique id #35

Addition of multiRunId to end of folder - to uniquely identify outputs of simultaneous runs with different seeds (for parallel processing)

This is a rather small suggested change - happy to discuss if this seems a useful addition. Release of a 4.1.1 patch could be useful.
