no IntelliJ support for 2.2.220 #43

2.2.220 requires h2 driver 2.2 to work - this driver is not yet bundled with IntelliJ

@pbronka @andrewbaxter439 - apologies, my original tests failed to identify this issue with previous update of h2 driver. We will need to wait until IntelliJ adds support for h2 2.2
