SynChro files #2

SynChro seems to be the best program for fragmented assemblies and cross species comparisons (see Liu et al 2018). SynChro files requires special input files that are formatted by CHROnicle program from .dat (GenBank flat file) and .embl (EMBL flat file) file types. Cannot find these, but found updated .gbff and .dat files respectively. Neither work with CHROnicle. Can't find old versions of files (they may be so old that annotations for genomes of interest did not exist!).

Gave up and decided to go with DAGchainer. DAGchainer much more popular and performs decently wrt fragmented genomes. Strongly suspect that my non-bilaterian genomes are so young that those file types may not even exist for them.
