ex10, log4js version hint #5

I believe the text for ex10 around log4js specifies less than or equal to 0.6.22:

"Once the environment variable is set, you will need to use either the log4js (version <=0.6.22)"

I was told in Slack though that 0.6.24 works. I'd assume we should push people to the most up to date version supported.

ok, that's been updated since I wrote the initial version then. good to know!
