Minor errors in UC04 #13

Step 3 is redundant. Step 4 "delete user" is probably a typo of "delete student". Step 5 should indicate that it is WellNUS that is showing the success message and deleting the student.

Use case header states Deleting an existing student, "delete user" is an minor typo that will not cause confusion to the user.

I do not believe that it will not cause confusion as the subject of the sentence is completely changed. At the very least it is a Very Low severity bug, as it is a typo and not a grammar issue as stated in the bug triaging guidelines.
