When starting/continuing an old timer, the tags are not retained #32

Maybe it's done on purpose, but I think it'd be better if basically we have a duplicate of the timer we are continuing: same description, project and tags.

Continuing a timer is meant to duplicate it. I don't use tags, though, so I never noticed they were missing.
