Can't understand the duration time expression #6

When I try list the timeline or search for a timeline of a specific day, under the description of the time, there is the duration. However, I cannot understand the description syntax.

For that example in the screenshot, the highlight item is saying to have 1.0（0.82） hours of duration. Actual Duration is 00:49:12, 49 min, 12 sec. I cannot see any connection between two numbers.

The duration is a fractional hour. 0.82 hour is 49 min 12 sec (0.82 * 60 min = 49.2 min = 49 min 12 sec).
