About page could be less wordy and more task-oriented #41

Rather than "What are all the questions I want ask about this site?", I'd like to see (in a branch that I will start) an About page that describes tasks and how to accomplish them in short and simple style, but without losing much of the content we have there already.

Damn, I was writing one. We should collaborate! I will commit what I have.
