Sync Airtable with Jason's spreadsheet
Run import script again — now we have 339 incidents on the web site!
Show most recent incidents first. Close #36. See also #54 for followup
Delete videos.json because it seems unused
Looks like there are some minor changes to existing data. I'm not sure how we generated incidents.json previously, so let me know if these changes are a problem

There's some non-urls in the youtube column; it'd be nice to get rid of the following:
