Start with clean population data and the spatial crosswalk in the /Upload Folder/ folder and the 2010 Census Block, Ward, and ANC shapefiles in the /Data Sets/Shapefiles/ folder in Dropbox.
Write a script that generates choropleths for population by census block, ward, and ANC for each year.
Note that this issue depends upon the cleaned population data and spatial crosswalk from Issues #22 and #23
Input:
Cleaned 2014-2016 population data by census block; spatial crosswalk by census block, ward, and ANC; Shapefiles
Output:
One choropleth per year and spatial scale (i.e., census block, ward, and ANC) with the population data.

Submit a pull request on GitHub (or upload your scripts)
Upload any files to Dropbox
