Google+ icon didn't show in email header even when sender is verified with Google+ #219

When sender is verified with G+, we should show G+ icon in the first line of email header, and showing any related infomation if exists

Also, i can't show Klout score in both case (using Twitter & Google+). Please double check & test again to ensure the score is displayed in email header.
