Re-curate restaurant types for wizard #500

breakfast / brunch barbeque / BBQ burgers / hot dogs irish / british vietnamese korean hawaiian seafood creole / cajun chinese japanese / sushi italian / pizza persian / arabian latin (argentinian, peruvian, brazilian, cuban...) caribbean / jamaican greek / mediterranean sandwiches / delis indian / pakistani french russian mexican

We should standardize on using & or / for dual listings. I think & looks better so lets standardize on this. Also change all instances of 'and' to &.

Also, just to confirm if no categories are unselected we are using ALL restaurant types in our Yelp query, not a aggregate of the listed categories? I only ask again because I am seeing some strange behavior.

Yes, if no categories are unselected we are using category_filter=restaurants. What are strange behaviors you are talking about?
