RSVP should be complete after users login with FB #508

I tried RSVPing to an activity while logged out. I was prompted to login, but the RSVP wasn't completed, and I had to select RSVP a second time. Users should not have to RSVP for a second time after logging in with Facebook and should be RSVP'd after login is complete.
