Activities expire immediately after last suggested time #514

Previously we expired activities after an hour after the last suggested time. Now we seem to immediately after the last suggested time, which doesnt allow enough leeway for working with activities which are still in the process of planning.

12512031_1117803378244524_1975623331_n It's now 6h32 and the last time of the activity is 6h30. My activity is still active. Tested with both android and desktop.

I had the same problem when set wrong date for my phone. @jasonbhart please check your case and datetime setting in your phone again to better identify the problem!

Closing but opening another issue with real root problem (logic error when someone goes through landing pages but time is from an hour plus ago).
