Geo not detected correctly #535

In Bend, Oregon. On Android Chrome. Went to homepage and location (on map) was detected correctly. Clicked on New Activity (from menu) and went through the wizard. When it got to the venue selection, it was showing venues for San Francisco, California instead of Bend, Oregon.

Clicked on Meet Me Here (from menu) and venues shown were from the correct location.

I also had this same activity happen for me in San Jose, California. Again in the New Activity wizard.

@jasonbhart does it occur in the main flow or in manual business?

@diepbuihuu I able to reproduce the issue on the main suggesting place step... but not always happen. Just FYI

main flow... default recommendations are from the wrong geo (San Francisco; which I think is the default in the code?)
