White space needs to be adjusted for tutorials on mobile viewport #536

The same issues we ran into on the desktop regarding having the pointer of a tutorial box on top of or too close to the edge of the highlighted page area were never fixed on mobile. We need to implement similar css changes to ensure there is a gap between the highlighted area and the arrow pointing to it.
