Remove 'Other (select from categories)' from 'What' page of activity wizard #558

New Activity- Create a new activity- 'Other (select from categories)... suggest removing the 'Other' category for now. The pamper yourself option doesn't bring up any business, the local events has no options or brings up any business, and the enjoy the arts falls into edge case scenarios.

Temporary hided 'Other' option for now. We might need to update it with other useful categories & sub-categories in the future.
