Add ability to deploy to hosting site #37

Eventually this project will deploy somewhere. Right now I am leaning more toward Vercel since it is a nextJs project but I will do a little more reading to make sure. Netlify is an option. In the spirit of learning I will also consider some other hosting sites that I have not used before
