REPL starts with the default project ignoring my project.clj #280

Hey, This is annoying as I can't get lein to start within the context of my project. None of my namespaces could be loaded... I folllowed the steps in the long opinionated guide and still it does not recognize my project. Thank you for the great work on proto-repl, I really want to start working on it as I am considering moving to it from CIDER (shame on me :) )
