Port to VS Code/Visual Studio/Vim #12

I really love the theme! I don't use IntelliJ however, was hoping to get a port for any of the editors listed above? I would do it myself, but I don't know much about creating themes.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm hoping to provide a VS Code version of the theme - just not sure when I'll be able to do that. Theme development between the two tools is pretty different.

Hey, I was wondering if you ever got round to this? Love your theme on Rider and it sucks not having it when I'm on VSCode

Hey @hughesjs - unfortunately I haven't. I've personally adopted webstorm, rider and datagrip so I don't have a ton of motivation to do this, honestly. I'm keeping it open in hopes I get around to it or someone is able to submit a PR.
