The theme is very beautiful. If you want to configure the effect as a preview, how should you set it?

If you have at least version 2022.2 you can enable the new UI features by following these instructions: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-294576/Cannot-enable-the-new-UI-after-installing-the-plugin
