SQLite: Reporting #95

Currently SQLite does not support reports. Ideally it should support the same reports that Elastic Search can, or at least a subset of them.

Related to issue #93

While not complete, marking as such. 0.17.0 is redoing the reports, and of the 2 that are there, they are for SQLite and Elasticsearch.
