[rem-50]: Only take a screenshot + ocr if the frame changed #69

This is an initial very efficient way to mitigate the issue presented in #50 (logged by @lotas)

It is not a tolerance based method, which would involve a lot more experimentation to figure out good thresholds.

For now, I'm going to say, fixes #50
