Pylon system now modelled

Create pylon loading system

Ka-52 pylon system still allocates pilot weapons to gunner Ka-52 has 2 separate gunner seats? Ka-52 Rotorlib implementation

Loading Pilot Weapons results in no load Ground contacts slightly too short rotorLib.scope missing?

Pilot weapons are available from editor but loadout script will not load to applicable turret. Test with addition of "turret lock" init code from CUP rotorLib still throwing errors for scope and side
