Tip jumps when popover is open #125

Hey, There's a small twitch in the tooltip's tip when it is opened (also recreates in the playground):

react tip As you can see, the tip moves a few pixels before becoming stable.

Any ideas on how to remove it? I'll be glad to investigate and try a PR if you provide me with a direction of what to look for.

Hey, Any chance for some pointers to check it? I'd love to try and fix this but will have limited time and can really use a head start :)

This issue seems to happen only when the place is above or below.

No problem when the place is right nor left.

@GabiGrin Open the demo playground, click on the button to trigger the popover. It happens all the time.

@Kerumen yes, I've added the gif from there originally I assume you have mistaken me for a contributor for this project :)

Any idea when this will be fixed? Look like a solution has been proposed above, when can we expect to see that in production?
