Keyboard-lock doesn't stick after saving the game

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Lock the keyboard. Turn your iPod Touch to landscape mode for maximum effect.
2. Save the game

What is the expected output or behavior?  What do you see instead?

I'd expect that, after saving the game, I'd go back to playing the way I was, 
but I find that the keyboard gets unlocked when I save the game, so I have to 
turn the iPod to portrait, lock it again, and set it to landscape again. And 
I'm oldschool - I save a LOT!

What version of Frotz are you using?
1.7

What device model are you using (e.g., iPhone 5, iPhone 3GS, iPad 4, iPod

At first I couldn't reproduce this, then I realized it's specific to iPhone/IPT.
Doesn't happen on iPad. Grrrr.

On a related note: "keyboard-lock" carries on into the NOTES screen, the one 
place where you probably never want it locked. ;) If you lock the keyboard and 
swipe into NOTES you'll see what I mean; you have to swipe back, unlock, then 
swipe again. Type what you want, swipe back to the game, lock again.

You don't need to swipe back.  Just type the keyboard show/hide button from 
notes to unlock and bring back the keyboard.
(Unless you're in landscape so the button isn't visible, of course. There's 
another issue on the usability of that.)

Fixed in r348.  KB stays locked after save.
Keyboard button shows normally on notes screen even if locked on story view 
screen.  Tapping to bring up kb still locks.  KB autohides when you switch back 
to story view if locked.
Can use triple tap to force show it if desired.
