Incomplete hashlib implementation in Python glibc

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to 
http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/naclports/builds/pepper_40/trunk-154-gea
cd680/publish/python/glibc/index.html
2. Enter "import hashlib"

What is the expected output?
None (module should load silently).

What do you see instead?
ERROR:root:code for hash md5 was not found.

Note that the module still loads (despite the exceptions above).

naclports trunk-154-geacd680, Pepper 40, Chrome 39 (64-bit)

This issue does *not* occur on either the newlib or pnacl implementation
