ITunes Upgrade To 9 Now Program No Longer Works #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade to ITunes 9
2. Start Program
3. You will receive a MS "Encountered a problem" message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ITunes 9, Windows XP, Iphone G2

Please provide any additional information below.

iPhone Explorer just released v0.96 which works with iTunes 9
