What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install program
2. Open program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Following Error:
AMDeviceNotificationSubscribe failed with error -402653131.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Vista Ultimate x64

Please provide any additional information below.

AMD Athlon64 3700+
