Steps to reproduce:
1. Copy a Folder with a lot of files (some large some small) and folders
within them to the iPhone/iTouch.

Expected:
Files are copied. After copying is complete the folder contents/tree is
refreshed.

Actual:
Files are copied, while copying/after copying a large file, or after
copying for a period of 10+ minutes the folder contents/tree is refeshed
constantly, causing copying to slow down and GUI to update/refresh constantly.

Reproduced on version: 1.81
